The delivery time is on average 15 days.

If the package is marked as delivered, we cannot do anything, you will have to approach the post office.
If the package is not marked as delivered and the delay is more than 10 days, please contact our customer service. We will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Yes, it is guaranteed for 2 years on presentation of the purchase invoice. The product must not have suffered material damage resulting from improper use such as shocks, dismantling, voluntary deterioration, use of inappropriate washing chemicals.

If a quality defect has occurred and the product is still under warranty, please contact our customer service. We will provide a solution to the problem.

We offer 14 days cooling-off period, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller according to current legislation. The returned product must be in perfect condition and unused according to the term "new" for obvious reasons of hygiene. It must be complete in its original packaging. After inspection of the product, you will be refunded within an average of 10 days to your bank account.
